Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing strategy used by Damar Catfish Farm. the marketing strategy that has not been efficient and effective causes the sales target not to be achieved. the respondents in this study amounted to 6 respondents, namely 2 owners, 2 competitors, and 2 buyers. the method used by researchers in conducting this study is descriptive method, with a qualitative approach that aims to describe systematically, factually and accurately. The analysis used descriptive analysis and swot analysis. from the swot results, there are still opportunities in marketing, so digital marketing and social media marketing strategies must be improved. the conclusion is that sales can reach the target, if the marketing strategy is carried out efficiently and on target.
