Human resources in a country will affect the progress of the country, one of which is the success of the company. The success of a company depends on the level of individual work productivity contained in it. Employee productivity levels are influenced by motivation and compensation. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of motivation and compensation on the work productivity of cleaning service employees at the Bekasi District Hospital. This research method uses a quantitative approach with data collection in the form of a questionnaire. The total population in this study is 129 employees and a sample of 98 employees. As for the data<br />analysis by instrument test, analysis prerequisite test and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of this study, it shows that motivation and compensation affect the work productivity of cleaning service employees at the Bekasi District Hospital. Motivation and compensation have an effect of 42.4% on employee work productivity. While the remaining 57.6% is influenced by other variables outside of this study. Murnihati Kp. Ceger Bekasi District empirically, both partially and simultaneously. This population is employees and consumers of the Dodol Industrial Center, Mrs. Hj. Murnihati Kp. Ceger, Bekasi District, this research used a sample of 60 respondents where the questionnaire was carried out via Google. From sampling using the Nonprobability Sampling method with the saturated sampling method (Census) Data analysis method using Multiple Linear Regression Test, with Partial and Simultaneous Hypothesis Testing processed using the SPSS Version 26.0 program. The results of this research show that the two independent variables, namely Market Orientation and Product Innovation, have a positive and significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on the dependent variable Marketing Performance. In addition, in this research, Market Orientation and Product Innovation explain Marketing Performance by 82.8%. To increase work productivity, it is necessary to pay attention to discipline in work and carry it out and obey it by all employees, because discipline in work can affect the quality of the product produced. The research aims to find out how much product quality and work discipline together influence work productivity at PT Indonesia Epson Industry. This research uses a descriptive method with data collection the form of questionnaires and observations. The sample in this research was 100 employees of PT Indonesia Epson Industry. The analytical too used in this research uses the SPSS 26.0 program. The results of the study with a significance level of 0.05 show that there is a significant effect of product quality and work discipline on work productivity. This is evidenced by the significance level of 0.05, with the t count > t table Likewise, product quality and work discipline have a significant effect on work productivity simultaneously. This is evidenced by the results of the F count > F table = 105.721 > 3.09. There is a significant relationship between product quality and work discipline on work productivity, this is evidenced by a significant value of f change of 0.000 < 0.05. The population in this study is the staff at Bekasi city land office. The sample pickup uses a population of 30. Data analysis methods use a correlated technique with product product, cromback alpha, and linear regression with the help of SPSS programs. Studies show that promotion (x1) has significant effect on the performance of employees (y) (sig. 0.002 < 0.05) and value t count (3.328) > t table on the right (1.672) and for t table on the left of the table (2.042). Work discipline (x2) has significant effect on the performance of employees (y) (sig. 0,000 0.05) and the value of t count (3.904) > t table on the right (1.672) and for t on the table on the left for (2,042). The population in this study were consumers of McDonald's Cut Meutia Bekasi City in the December 2022 period of 4,650 people. This study used the slovin formula to determine the number of samples and as many as 98 people became the sample. This research technique uses probability sampling technique, with Simple Random Sampling derivatives. The data collection method is through a questionnaire that is arranged based on a Likert scale. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the research processed using the IBM SPSS version 26.0 program, the results of the research with this t test indicate that the dependent variable Product. Quality (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the independent variable Consumer Loyalty (Y) can be seen by the value of t count 8.139 > value of t table namely 1,985 and a significant value is 0.000 <0.05. For the dependent variable Consumer Satisfaction (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the independent variable Purchase Intention (Y) seen from the t-count value of 10.899 > t-table value of 1.985 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of the f test were obtained with a calculated f value of 60.374 > f table value of 3.091 and a significant level of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that Product Quality and Consumer Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Loyalty. While the results of the determination test obtained R² 0.560.
