Abstract

In the current technological developments, the Tracer study System for tracing Alumni Data at the University Saintek of Muhammadiyah is still not optimal. Unfortunately filling in tracer study data is still an obstacle in filling out alumni data. This study aims to explain how the tracer study system works at the University Saintek of Muhammadiyah, then how to design a Tracer study System Using the Boolean Search Method for Tracing Alumni Data at the Muhammadiyah Scientific University. Qualitative methods with a case study approach have been used in this study, researchers used interviews, observation and literature study. Interviews were conducted with alumni and tracer study managers at Muhammadiyah University. Observations were made during the time of research and carried out at the Muhammadiyah Scientific University. Library Studies that researchers do several readings from various sources of books, journals and others. The results of this study found that the alumni tracer study system is still being filled in manually.
