Penguatan Supply Chain Management Untuk Keberlanjutan Perikanan Tangkap di Provinsi Jawa Tengah

Perikanan tangkap merupakan sektor strategis dalam mendukung perekonomian Provinsi Jawa Tengah, berkontribusi pada penyediaan bahan pangan, penciptaan lapangan kerja, dan peningkatan pendapatan daerah. Namun, sektor ini menghadapi tantangan signifikan seperti ketimpangan distribusi hasil tangkapan, inefisiensi logistik, dan ketergantungan nelayan pada tengkulak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penguatan Supply Chain Management (SCM) untuk meningkatkan efisiensi distribusi, menciptakan nilai tambah produk perikanan, dan memastikan keberlanjutan sektor perikanan tangkap. Pendekatan forecasting digunakan untuk memproyeksikan produksi perikanan tangkap di Jawa Tengah dalam beberapa tahun ke depan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan SCM yang terintegrasi dapat memperbaiki efisiensi distribusi, meningkatkan daya saing produk perikanan, dan mendukung pengelolaan sumber daya laut yang bertanggung jawab. Temuan ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi pengambil kebijakan dan pelaku industri dalam merancang sistem rantai pasok yang berkelanjutan di sektor perikanan.
